Hello everyone and welcome to today's video. So, Blast DP is used to compare blank sequences while Blast Tien is used to compare blank sequences or remember these are two methods to compare different sequences belonging to different molecules. In this case, the names are going to give away the answer here. In blast D P, the P is going to stand for protein. So that is what we're going to put here. Blast DP is used to compare protein sequences and in blast, the end, the end is going to stand for nuclear sites. So that is what we're going to be putting here in the black space.
