Hey, everyone were asked between ultraviolet and microwave, which has the shorter wavelength and which has the lower energy. To better answer this question, I'm going to go ahead and pull out our spectrum right here first. Let's go ahead and find our ultraviolet and our microwave. And we can see that it is in these regions. Starting off with our wavelength, We can see that our ultraviolet is at 10 to the - m, which is seen right here. Now let's go ahead and look at our microwave. We can see that our microwave is at 10 to the -2 m. So comparing the two. This means our ultraviolet has the shorter wavelength, so it looks like C and D. Can't be our answer. Now let's go ahead and look at our energy. So energy is proportional to our frequency. So we can simply look at our frequency. Starting with our ultraviolet, we can see that this is at 10 to the Hz. Now, comparing this to our microwave. This can be seen at 10 to the 10 Hz. So comparing the two, it looks like microwave has the lower energy. So it looks like our answer here is going to be a where we have our shorter wavelength as our ultraviolet and our lower energy as our microwave. Now, I hope that made sense. And let us know if you have any questions
