So in order to solve this question, we have to recall what we have learned about the different coagulation pathways and the effects of the anticoagulant drug warfarin to determine which of the following pathways is primarily disrupted. And we can recall that Warfarin inhibits the production of those vitamin K dependent clotting factors, which the vitamin K dependent clotting factors whose production is inhibited by Warfarin includes factors too 79 and factor 10. And as a result of the production of those factors being inhibited. Warfarin disrupts the extrinsic or tissue factor pathway, which means that answer choice B, extrinsic tissue factor pathway is the correct answer.
