How many nucleotides are present in the MRN A sequence coding for this protein? So to determine the number uh nucleotides, we take what we were given which was 14 amino acids and we can multiply by the conversion factor that in every amino acid. So for every one amino acid, there are three nucleotides. This cancels out units of amino acids and it gives us a value of 42 nucleotides.
