Hello everyone. Today, we have a following problem. Predict the one letter meno sequence that is encoded by the given MRN a sequence which represents a tetrapeptide known to play a role in muscle contraction. So if we analyze each set of coons using a coon table, we start with a UG which codes before Methionine, which has the following one letter abbreviation of M, we then have CCG which codes for Prolene, which has a P for the one that abbreviation, we then have a UG once again which is Methionine for the one abbreviation of M, we have GA A which codes for glutamate, which has the one letter abbreviation of E. And then we have UA A which is a stop code on. So for the one letter abbreviation or the one letter on the elastic sequence, we have the following M PM E. And with that, we have solved the problem overall, I hope this helped. And until next time.
