Hey everyone Where as is the following an ion or a molecule, and this is in regard to sulfur dioxide. Now, we've learned that an ion is a charged species, while a molecule is a neutral species. Now, looking at sulfur dioxide, we can see that we have a neutral species since we lack a charge. So this means that sulfur dioxide is in fact a molecule.
