Hi everyone. This problem reads which conditions increases the likelihood of a gas deviating from ideal behavior. Okay, so if we're talking about ideal behavior, particles of hypothetical ideal gas have no significant volume and do not attract or repel each other. So what this means is that re real gasses, which is not an ideal gas. They behave at relatively low pressures and high temperatures so well right here that for ideal gasses, the ideal behavior is going to be observed at low pressure slash high temperature and something else that's observed is polar molecules. Okay, so if our gas is deviating from ideal behavior, these are the conditions that we're going to reflect that and so out of our answer choices, we see that polar molecules, statement two and high pressure or low temperature statement for are going to reflect that. So the correct answer choice here is going to be be so statements two and three are the conditions that are going to increase the likelihood of a gas deviating from ideal behavior.
