Hey everyone, we're told that the diagram below illustrates the behavior of three acids acid A, acid B. And acid. See iniquitous solutions note that water molecules are not included in the diagram. And hydrated protons are presented as H Plus identify the asset that has the smallest acid dissociation constant. First let's go ahead and assess our diagrams. Starting with acid A. We see that we have five undisc CH molecules labeling it in our figure. We have 1234 and five. We also have five White circles And five Green Circles. Next looking at acid B. We do not have any undisc created molecules but we have 10 white molecules And 10 blue molecules. Next looking at acid. See we have eight undisc OC eight of molecules labeling this in our figure we have 1234567 and eight. We also have two White circles And two purple circles. Now a higher K. A. Tells us that we have a stronger acid, which means that it will be more dissociated. Now a lower K. A. Will tell us that we have a weaker acid, which means that it will be less dissociated. So looking at our three acids, we find that the fewest ions are present and acid C. So assets see will have the smallest acid dissociation constant. And this will be our final answer.
