Hello, everyone. Today we are being given the phone problem in the system where in the liquid and the vapor are in equilibrium, the pressure that the vapor is exerting on the liquid is called the vapor pressure, right? The reaction equation to represent the equilibrium between the liquid methanol and methanol vapor and provide the K P expression for the reaction. So we have our methanol which can be represented by the following formula. Then it was said that we have our liquid methanol, I can alternate in reversible reaction with our methanol vapor. So our equilibrium reaction, our equilibrium reaction is going to be our method all which is in the liquid methanol format two, our methanol and the gasses face because that is what a vapor is. And so that's the first part of our question. Next, we need to determine our K P expression which is going to be the pressure exerted by the products over the pressure exerted by the reactant. Since our product and our reactions are the same R K P expression is simply just going to be our pressure of our methanol. And so with that, we have our answers overall, I hope this helped. And until next time.
