So in this case we're working with different operations where we have three times 11 minus one oh eight divided by 27. And whenever we're trying to simplify expressions, it's always important to remember pen dolls which gives us a sort of order to follow to make sure that we simplify similar to other mathematicians. It basically gives us an order of operations to follow to make sure that simplification across different mathematical equations is the same. So pen does P stands for parentheses. E stands for exponents. M. For multiplication. D. For division A. For addition and S for subtraction. So this is the order of operations that we're going to follow when simplifying our expression. And in our case we don't have any parentheses or exponents. So we don't need to worry about that. But we do have a multiplication between three and 11. So three times 11 is 33 and then I have - divided by 27. And we also have a division between 108 and 27. So if I divide 108 by 27 I have four. So this becomes 33 minus four. And we don't have any addition but we do have that subtraction. So 33 minus four is 29. So this becomes my final answer for when I simplify this expression and you can see that that aligns with answer choice C. So hopefully this video helped and see you next time.
