Hi, everyone. Welcome back. Let's look at our next problem. It says reticular tissue is well suited for limp point organs because it A produces antibodies. B filters blood C supports immune cells or D stores excess fat. Well, let's make sure we know what particular tissue is. And then we can think about why it's well suited to lymphoid organisms. And it's a type of connective tissue with a network of thin branching collagen fibers and that forms essentially a mesh or someone is called a soft skeleton. So this mesh of fibers provides structural framework and support for lymphoid organs. Uh It's also particularly suitable for tissues with high cellular content because of this and lymphoid tissue would definitely come under that category. So when we look at our answer choices, the best match here with this description of particular tissue is choice C supports immune cells. Again, it provides that uh supportive network that mesh uh that defines its role. So when we look at our other answer choices, uh choice A produces antibodies, particular tissue does not produce antibodies, lymphoid tissues does. But the purpose of the particular tissue is structural support, not the production of antibodies, choice B filtered blood, that would be the kidneys and the spleen, not the reticular tissue. So cross that off and then finally, choice D stores excess fat that would be adipose tissue. That provides that rule not reticular tissue. So that's why that's not our correct answer. So again, in why is reticular tissue so well suited for lymphoid organs? Choice C because it supports immune cells. See you in the next video.
