Hi, everyone. Let's take a look at this practice problem. Together, the members of the endo membrane system are option, a nuclear envelope lysosomes, vesicles, the endoplasmic reticulum golgi apparatus and plasma membrane. Option B, nucleus, chloroplast cell wall cell wall, option C, cytozole mitochondria, ribosomes, peroxisome and option D both options B and C. So to answer this question first, recall what the endo membrane system is. Recall that this is a system that is made up of the cell membranes and organelles that are going to modify package and transport proteins or lipids within eukaryotic cells. So, reviewing the answer options, we should immediately recognize that option B cannot be the correct answer. It includes cell wall and chloroplast. These are components found in plant cells and not found in all eukaryotic cells. Therefore, we can eliminate option B and by extension. Option D which was options B and C. Now let's take a closer look at. Option C. The cytozole mitochondria ribosomes and peroxisome are all parts of a cell. However, they are not members of that endo membrane system. They play different roles. So they have roles for energy production protein synthesis and metabolic reactions. So let's eliminate option C as well. That means the correct answer has to be option A together. Let's go ahead and review the role of each of these members listed in option A. So our endo membrane system it has or would start with the nuclear envelope and the endoplasmic reticulum, these organelles are responsible for modifying proteins and lipids. The golgi apparatus sorts and packages the vesicles transport. The lysosome degrades cellular debris and the plasma membrane is where proteins and lipids are secreted outside the cell. Therefore, the correct answer is option. A nuclear envelope, lysosomes, vesicles, the endoplasmic reticulum golgi apparatus and plasma membrane. All right, everyone. I hope you found this helpful and I'll see you soon for the next practice problem.
