Perform maintenance and technical support for installed products and equipment; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions; and determine when products should be upgraded or replaced.   • Review manufacturer's instructions, manuals and technical specifications, to determine equipment requirements and procedures.
  • Test parts and components of malfunctioning equipment to isolate sources of malfunctions using various diagnostic tools.
  • Perform regular maintenance to prevent issues occurring.
  • Request support from technical service centers when on-site procedures fail to solve installation or maintenance problems.
  • Install updated software, and programs that maintain existing software or provide requested features.
