Prepare future managers with an understanding of HR skills

Managing Human Resources gives students a solid business understanding of HR management skills. Geared to managers and nonmanagers alike, it makes HR relevant to anyone who has to deal with these types of issues in the workplace. Covering emerging trends, customer orientation, ethics and global issues, the text provides a realistic view of the subject as it's actually practiced in organizations.

In addition to heavily updated materials, the 9th Edition introduces a new theme of employability. Coverage of this hot topic prepares students to be more employable managers and leaders with valuable HR knowledge.
