Dr. Vijay Kanabar is an associate professor and the director of Project Management Programs at Boston University’s Metropolitan College. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, he was honored with the PMI Linn Stuckenbruck Teaching Excellence Award in 2017. He has a track record of advising organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Staples, United Way, and Fidelity Investments on training and technology needs. As a distinguished author, he delved into AI research three decades ago, developing AI expert systems that aided project practitioners in cost estimation. Additionally, he holds certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, and CSM.
Jason Wong is an IT leader at a Boston-based hospital and an adjunct professor at Boston University, where he teaches project, program, and portfolio management and shares his profound understanding of generative AI with students, guiding them to master the methods necessary for developing generative AI systems. He imparts his deep knowledge of generative AI to students, ensuring they grasp both the foundational concepts and advanced techniques essential for creating cutting-edge artificial intelligence models. He lends his expertise as a practitioner in leading, managing, and overseeing diverse IT projects and products, with a specialized focus on electronic health records (EHR) and picture archiving and communications systems (PACS).
