<v ->In this lesson, we're gonna talk</v> about enhancing the experience in the Power BI Service. And the Power BI Service is where we will distribute our work. And ultimately people will consume reports, dashboards and stories that we built for them. It's available through a web browser, and the mobile app as well, if you have it installed on your favorite mobile device. And here's where licensing becomes important. And if you recall, we introduced licensing back in lesson number one and if you forgot how licensing works I would encourage you actually go back and review that because it does become important in the discussion once we hit the Power BI Service. But to quickly recap, to consume what has been shared with you, you need a pro license, or the content needs to be published to the Power BI premium capacity in which then you can get at it with a free license. So that's kind of the crux of all of it. But once again, if you are not familiar with this or have forgotten it, I would encourage you to go back to lesson one and review the sub lesson on licensing. Okay, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves right now, we want to talk about enhancing what we're gonna deliver out first. And that's the topic of this lesson here. So what we're gonna do in this lesson is first, we're gonna talk about publishing our work to my workspace. So, what we're gonna do is take our Power BI desktop, log into the Power BI Service and choose a workspace in which to actually publish our work. In this case here, we're gonna publish our work into my workspace. So, we'll talk about that in the first sub lesson. Then, we're gonna explore the Power BI Service. So, we're gonna show you how to navigate around the Power BI Service in general, so that you can get comfortable with the lay of the land. Next, we're gonna create a report, or an additional report inside the Power BI Service. We'll then, move to build a dashboard and explain why you might want to build a dashboard, and how you can only build dashboards in the Power BI Service according to Power BI terminology. Then, we'll look at Explore in Power BI Mobile, which is a great way to distribute content for mobile workforces. Next, we'll talk about configuring tiles, how to take the tiles, and add additional configuration items to them. We'll take a look at using quick insights as a piece of additional add on functionality inside of the dashboards and data sets within the Power BI Service. Next, we're gonna talk about setting up and enabling Q&A. So, Q&A is a fantastic way to allow people to issue English like queries to their dataset and have Power BI bring results back to you. And you're gonna find this an incredible piece of functionality within the Power BI Service itself. And lastly, we're gonna learn how to set alerts on tile. So, in the analytics space, we're always measuring business processes and trying to achieve targets With the use of alerts, we can actually have Power BI let us know when certain boundaries have been crossed either above or below a certain target. So, this is a great way for us to keep from having to go in and look at things ourselves or on our own, excuse me, but have the tool actually give that information back to you. So, I like to say sometimes it's having the needle in the haystack delivered to you versus having to go find it on your own. All right so, let's begin this lesson.
