Molecular sponges combined to micro RNA, which are short RNA molecules that control gene expression by attaching to target M. R. N. A. S. And either boosting their destruction or blocking their translation. And what that does is sequester them from their target. M. RNA is decreasing their activity and boosting M. RNA stability. Which increases gene expression or molecular constructions can serve as RNA binding protein spies, which limit the ability of these proteins to bind to M. R. N. A. S. And increases the rate of M.
