Dr. Anna Blakney, bioengineer and RNA scientist, as part of a multidisciplinary team, compared the immune response from different formulations for delivering self-amplifying RNA encoding a viral antigen to cells. The team tested a cationic polymer (pABOL) and three lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
