Hey, everyone. Let's take a look at this question together. Core muscles are the group of muscles that work together to provide stability support and facilitate various movements. Which of the following is not considered part of core muscles. Is it answer choice? A transverse abdominous answer choice B, the levitated scapulae, answer choice C the obliques or answer choice. D the rector spina. Let's work this problem out together to try to figure out which of the following answer choices is not considered part of the core muscles. So in order to solve this question, we have to recall what each of the following muscles is responsible for and where they are located to determine if they are considered part of the core muscles so that we can determine which of the following is not considered part of the core muscles. And we can recall that answer choice. A, the transverse abdominous is an abdominal muscle. Answer choice B the levitated scapula is a muscle that is found in the neck and upper back region. Answer choice C obliques refers to the group of muscles known as the waist muscles. And lastly answer choice D the erector spinae refers to the group of muscles found along the spine. And since we are talking about the core muscles, we know that the core muscles are primarily focused on the torso abdomen and the pelvis. So looking at our answer choices and where each of the following answer choices are found, which of the following is not considered a core muscle that is primarily focused on the torso abdomen and the pelvis. And we, that we can eliminate answer choice A which is an abdominal muscle. Answer choice C A waist muscle and answer choice D which is a group of muscles found along the spine. Since answer choices, ac and D are all considered part of the core muscles leaving us with answer choice B, the levitated scapulae as the correct answer. Since the levitated scap is not considered part of the corn muscles as it is found in the neck and upper back region and is responsible for the movement of the scapula, which is the shoulder blade and is not primarily focused on the torso abdomen and the pelvis. So answer choice B is the only correct answer choice. I hope you found this video to be helpful. Thank you and goodbye.
