The market-leading learning theories text

Human Learning looks at behaviorist, social cognitive, cognitive, constructivist, cognitive-developmental, sociocultural and contextual theories. Using many concrete examples and specific classroom applications, plus a lucid, conversational writing style that truly speaks to students, the author engages students from the start and makes the theories related to human learning and cognition meaningful.

The new 8th Edition includes expanded discussions of several contemporary perspectives and a variety of new topics that have emerged in recent research.
