Clinical-reasoning skill-building, for the Advanced EMT
Advanced EMT: A Clinical Reasoning Approach helps students complete their Advanced EMT course and ultimately obtain licensure. Drawing on the latest National EMS Education standards, the authors equip students for care delivery grounded in the latest evidence-based guidelines. Rather than simply presenting facts, principles and concepts, they challenge learners to use clinical reasoning to solve patient care problems, preparing them to transfer their skills and knowledge into a future career.
The 2nd Edition covers the latest treatment guidelines and uses of medication, while enhancing content to support the clinical-reasoning approach.
