Rachel Hopman-Droste is a researcher within Learning Research & Design at Pearson. She uses insights from cognitive and behavioral sciences to improve the efficacy of learning experiences and outcomes. Dr. Hopman-Droste earned her PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Utah and has spent the last 10 years translating research findings related to mental processes into real world insights. She uses these skills to promote quality learning design grounded in empirical evidence.
