Tianna Tagami, MEd - Principle Learning Designer
Tianna Tagami, MEd, has over 20 years of experience in learning design and educational media for online, hybrid, and face-to-face contexts. She was an instructor in an online masters of health professions education program along with her role at Pearson. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Education and Masters of Education from Arizona State University.

Dr. Elaine W. Tan, PhD - Senior Learning Designer
Elaine W. Tan is a Senior Learning Designer within the Learning Research & Design team at Pearson. She uses insights from cognitive and behavioral sciences to design effective learning experiences to improve outcomes.
Elaine earned her Ph.D. in Cognitive Science at Mississippi State University and has since developed a deep interest in understanding more about how we, as humans, learn best! She also has 11 years of teaching experience in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology and is currently teaching Cognitive Psychology online.
