Pearson TQ has partnered with the NHS Leadership Academy, part of the NHS People Directorate within NHS England. The Academy offers a world-class curriculum specifically designed to support and develop NHS staff and their partners to grow into confident leaders and managers.
Our experienced skills coaches have an in-depth understanding of the leadership culture within the NHS, so our highly contextualised programmes ensure an engaging and quality learner experience.
Apprenticeship Programmes
We already work with multiple NHS Trusts, and you will find us on the Salisbury Managed Procurement Framework and the Crown Commercial Services Procurement Framework, so contracting with us is quick and easy and you can be assured we have met the stringent supplier requirements and have demonstrated that we are a quality training provider.

Pearson TQ has partnered with the Association of Apprentices (AoA), a national, not-for-profit membership organisation which helps apprentices to connect, learn and fulfil their potential.
Apprentices can join the community, share experiences, communicate with people in similar situations, participate in specially curated events, and get support with everything from work skills to wellbeing.
Through our partnership, apprentices are eligible for free AoA membership with access to a bespoke social and professional networking platform that allows apprentices to unite with peers in a dedicated, inclusive virtual community and have access to thousands of resources to support apprentices work and life skills development.
