South East Regional Apprentice of the Year 2020 awarded to Royal Engineers apprentice, Abubakar Siddique

Congratulations from everyone at Pearson TQ to Royal Engineers apprentice, Abubakar Siddique, winner of the South East Regional Apprentice of the Year 2020 and nominee for this year's BAME Apprenticeship Awards.
Spr Siddique is a talented and hardworking Building & Structural Finisher (B&SF). Serving in 53 Field Squadron - the Lead Air Support Squadron - he stands at high readiness to use his trade skills around the world to support RAF operations and has made an outstanding start to his career in the Corps of Royal Engineers.
Since 2011, Pearson TQ tutors and assessors have supported the Army in delivery of their Army Apprenticeship programmes to soldiers serving in the Corps of Royal Engineers. Apprenticeship standards cover a variety of trades including Communicators, Drivers, Logisticians, Fitters, Fabricators, Armoured Engineers, Plant Operators, Carpenters, Bricklayers, Building & Structural Finishers and Plumbers.
