Future Ready Framework
Equip today's learners with the skills they need to flourish in higher education and tomorrow's world of work.
The Pearson Future Ready framework sets out the KS2 to KS5 learning outcomes across four parts, one for each of the key characteristics of students as they develop their Future Ready skills. It pulls together insights from educators, the Pearson/Nesta view of critical UK Future Skills and input from CBI and Young Enterprise.

“The Future Skills for Employability EPQ is putting value back on employability skills and making staff and students focus on what is required to gain employment.
“It also gets us thinking about other jobs that could exist in the future and how we can adapt the curriculum to cater for this.”
