We believe that all pupils, groups and communities should feel represented in business and empowered by the influences that guide our constantly-evolving society. We believe that students from every race, ethnicity, gender, background and ability should feel welcome to claim their space in business at school age and beyond. 

We have invited business leaders, entrepreneurs and Pearson representatives to share their thoughts on their business careers, with an emphasis on how to make the GCSE and A level business qualifications more diverse and appealing for all pupils.
