Pearson's participation

We will be supporting the Guest Service Attendants in their language learning, helping them communicate effectively with visitors from all over the world. 

For approximately one year until the end of the Expo, we will supply training to Guest Service Attendants who will be providing hospitality to visitors, through a multilingual learning app, Mondly by Pearson. The attendants have responsibilities across the entire Expo site, from staffing information desks and centres for lost property and children, to assisting the Management Office, manning entrances and patrolling the site. Support for visitors will be needed in multiple languages, not just English. 

Mondly by Pearson is a multilingual learning app that combines language learning expertise with cutting-edge technology to provide a flexible online language learning solutions for learners, educators and businesses.
