10:45 -11:45: Session 1 - Curriculum

This session will look at how providing structure, consistency, transparent progression goals and effective benchmarking is fundamental for schools to be able to help their teachers work within a clear pedagogical framework and maximise the resources available to them to support their students' learning journey through Primary and Lower Secondary and onto success at International GCSE and International A Level. It will include a look at recently introduced or soon-to-be launched resources that help broaden and personalise the curriculum.

12:15 - 13:30: Session 2 - Assessment

A deep dive into how having access to specific data from awarding bodies and insights that drill right down into regional and national results as well as international ones, can play an essential role in allowing school SLTs to analyse and better understand final grading in general terms and more specifically across key subjects from the latest 2024 exam series, helping to identify areas for improvement in teaching practices that will contribute to boosting learner outcomes. Additionally it will look at how new options or technology in formal assessment might work for their schools.

13:30 - 14:30: Lunch

14:30 - 15:45: Session 3 - Support, training and development

Our afternoon session will look at how using data insights, platforms, new tools and professional development opportunities can underpin overall school success by providing greater consistency within and across different departments, improved planning, preparation and coordination, and as a consequence maximise student performance while unleashing full teacher potential.
