About the presenters

Emma Whale is Vice President of International Sales and Marketing, Assessment & Qualifications, at Pearson. Emma has been with Pearson for the past 18 years, and involved in developing and managing portfolios of product for teachers and learners since 2002. She has worked in London, Harlow, Oxfordand, since, 2018, in Dubai. Emma currently leades International Sales & Marketing teams across the globe supporting international schools.

Elizabeth Moore is the Vice President of Learning Research and Design at Pearson and leads a team of Learning Designers and Learning Science Researchers to support new product development across Pearson. She is particularly passionate about integrating opportunities for learners to develop, practice and demonstrate personal, social, and emotional capabilities in our products with the aim promoting the future skills that will lead to student success in school, work, and life. Elizabeth has more than 30 years of experience in learning design, teaching, and instructional design and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and occasionally two grown children who never completely moved out.

Kristina Altoft is Head of Assessment Services for Pearson School Qualifications. Kristina joined Pearson in 2012 as a partnership manager working closely with school leadership teams. She then moved into the Curriculum management team leading on Science and helping drive change and improvements into the heart of our Science qualifications. In 2020 she launched our Mocks Service and is now responsible for many of the integrated services and solutions that support our high stakes exam delivery.

Kevin Hiatt is Senior Publisher within the International Schools Curriculum Team at Pearson. Kevin has worked in education for over fifteen years and was previously a teacher and senior leader. Currently a Senior Product Manager for Pearson, he leads the development of the new Pearson International Curriculum (based on the new English National Curriculum) that is making a real difference to children's education around the world. Kevin frequently delivers workshops and seminars to international school principals and teachers, and works with exam and curriculum boards.
