Universities recognition list
This list presents organisations that have agreed to help demonstrate Pearson Edexcel IAL recognition around the world. International A levels are developed to the same high standard as Pearson Edexcel GCE A levels which are accepted* by universities worldwide.

The list should not be interpreted as an exhaustive global record as institutions may not appear for various reasons not linked to recognition itself. For example, our annual university destinations snapshots include universities and admissions bodies who receive Pearson Edexcel IAL student results but are not yet on this recognition list.
*This recognition is solely to indicate that the IAL is an acceptable qualification for admission purposes. As credit transfer policies vary by institution, applicants are encouraged to refer to individual university websites separately to confirm whether they can transfer credit from their IAL(s).
