A complete guide to nutrition care for nurses

Nutrition and Diet Therapy for Nurses gives nursing students the tools they need to integrate nutrition into nursing care. It takes a holistic approach, acknowledging that nutrition isn't just about vitamins and minerals, but also cultural values, lifespan, nutrition fads and other topics that should be considered in nutrition planning.

The 2nd Edition includes reorganized chapters, expanded content and a new feature on drug interactions. Building from principles to therapies, this edition establishes the perfect balance between clear, engaging material and the latest findings in evidence-based nutrition practice.

Hallmark features of this title
