Advanced-level programs
Pearson’s advanced-level programs allow high school students to earn college credit or pursue additional areas of study outside of their required core curriculum.
Recognized by colleges and universities across the country, Advanced Placement® courses give students the chance to earn college credit through rigorous coursework and successful completion of AP® exams. By participating in AP® courses, students gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter and develop critical thinking, research, and writing skills that prepare them for the challenges of higher education.
Honors courses are another option for high-achieving students looking to challenge themselves academically. These courses are typically offered in core subjects and benefit students who want to engage in complex discussions and tackle advanced projects. Completion of honors courses can enhance a student's transcript and demonstrate their ability to handle challenging coursework.
Elective programs offer a wide range of subjects that go beyond the core curriculum, allowing students to pursue their interests and develop new skills.
