Pearson+ also features Channels, which includes practice problems, study guides, Q&A with experts, video lessons that help you understand tricky topics and more—all in one place. Channels can be purchased separately or added on to your eTextbook at the time of purchase as part of the Study & Exam Prep Pack.

A Pearson eTextbook is an easy-to-use digital version of your book for class that includes upgraded study tools to help you learn how you learn best. Use enhanced search to find what you need within your eTextbook, highlight and make notes to mark important info, generate flashcards to test your knowledge, and use audio to listen to the text. Every feature is designed to help you learn more efficiently and get results. Plus, you can learn on the go with the Pearson+ app. Find this and more in your eTextbook, available in Pearson+.
Your eTextbook subscription gives you access for 4 months. You can make a one-time payment for the initial 4-month term or pay monthly. If you opt for monthly payments, we will charge your payment method each month until your 4-month term ends. You can select Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account at any time to continue your subscription before your 4-month term ends.
Pearson+ is available in the United States, but other countries are on our bucket list.
You can still get an eTextbook subscription if you’re an international student studying at a US school. You’ll need to use your web browser to access Pearson+ since the app is not currently accessible outside of the US.
If you don’t see the eTextbook you need in Pearson+, you may be able to purchase it separately on pearson.com.
eTextbook subscriptions are for a 4-month minimum term. We’re not able to customize the subscription term.
Channels is a video platform with thousands of explanations, solutions and practice problems to help you do homework and prep for exams. Videos are personalized to your course, and tutors walk you through solutions. Plus, interactive AI-powered summaries and a social community help you better understand lessons from class.
When you purchase a Channels subscription it will last 1 month, 3 months or 12 months, depending on the plan you chose. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term unless you cancel it.
We use your credit card to renew your subscription automatically. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, please check your card details.
You can cancel your Channels subscription from My account. To end your subscription, make sure you cancel it at least 1 day before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, your access will expire at the end of your current term. You will not be eligible for a refund.
If you change your mind, you can restart your Channels subscription.
This subscription plan includes one eTextbook plus access to the full library of video lessons, practice problems, and more. It is available across all 2000+ eTextbooks in Pearson+.
When you purchase this subscription plan, it will last for 4 months. You can renew your subscription by selecting Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before your initial term ends.

You can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial 4-month term. Just visit My Account and select Cancel and refund. Upon cancellation, access to your eTextbook + Study & Exam Prep Pack will no longer be available. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.
Yes, the Study & Exam Prep Pack's feature is Channels, which can be purchased separately at any time. Simply go to Channels on the Pearson+ site and choose monthly, quarterly, or annual access, separate from your eTextbook subscription. Still deciding? Currently, they are the exact same offering. ‘Study & Exam Prep Pack’ is what we call ‘Channels’ when it is bundled with an eTextbook or bundled with MyLab & Mastering courseware. When purchased on its own, you will see it called Channels, still the same study & exam prep help you need.
An access code is a 24-character code that you redeem to get an eTextbook subscription. You can purchase an access code from your campus store.
Follow the instructions in the email you received from your campus store, then visit redeem.pearsonplus.com, enter your access code and click Redeem.
As of May 2024, Multi subscription access codes can no longer be redeemed on Pearson+. Need help? Chat with an agent through the Virtual Assistant (select the Live Agent option from the menu).
You can have more than one eTextbook subscription. A separate access code is required for each eTextbook and each code must be redeemed separately.
Your eTextbook subscription gives you access for 4 months. When your initial term has ended you can purchase another access code from your campus store. Or you can buy an eTextbook subscription on pearsonplus.com.
You have 14 days to exchange your eTextbook on pearsonplus.com or return the code to the campus store for a refund.

If you purchased your eTextbook from Pearson, you can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial 4-month term. Just visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.
If you purchased your eTextbook at a bookstore, you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund by returning the access code to your campus store within the first 14 days of your subscription term.
If you cancel, you’ll lose access to your eTextbooks and any available discounts.
If you purchased your eTextbook directly from Pearson and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. We’ll send you an email confirming your cancellation and process your full refund. To subscribe again, just sign in to your account using the same username and password.
If you purchased your eTextbook from a bookstore, and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, return your access code to the campus store.
You can get a full refund if you cancel during the first 14 days of your subscription term. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be applied back to your credit card or PayPal account. If you used PayPal to purchase your subscription, your refund will be issued by PayPal. If you used Apple Pay, your refund will be issued to your payment card.
For purchases made through a bookstore, please return your access code to the campus store for a refund.
If you already purchased an eTextbook through MyLab, Mastering or Pearson’s instructor-led eTextbook platform, you can download the Pearson+ app and use it to access your eTextbook anytime, anywhere without a subscription.
Be sure you're registered for your MyLab, Mastering or instructor-led course before accessing the eTextbook on Pearson+. Then you’ll find your eTextbook in your library after signing into Pearson+.
If your instructor is using the instructor-led eTextbook platform, a course invitation will be shared by email, on your syllabus or through class set-up materials. Simply visit the link and follow the prompts to access your eTextbook.
If your course materials are part of Inclusive Access, you will access your eTextbook through your school’s Learning Management System.
You can continue to access Revel content at the end of a term by starting an eTextbook subscription. Use the Pearson+ app to find the eTextbooks for all your courses.
If you need to join a course that includes eTextbook access, use your instructor’s invite link to buy the eTextbook.
If you’ve had your subscription for less than 14 days, visit your My account page and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. If you've had access to your eTextbook for more than 14 days, chat with us through the Pearson Virtual Assistant for help.
