News about Pearson+ eTextbook and Pearson+ eTextbook with Study and Exam Prep access
Thank you for being a Pearson customer. We’re making some changes you should know about.
Soon, we’ll stop offering the 4-month access options.
Effective November 21, 2024, the 4-month eTextbook and the 4-month eTextbook with Study and Exam Prep access options will no longer be available for purchase through Pearson+. Instead, you will have the option to purchase 6-month Pearson+ eTextbook or Pearson+ eTextbook with Study and Exam Prep access.
What if I am within my initial 4-month term and I have auto-renew enabled?
Effective November 21, 2024, the auto-renew option in the My Account section of your Pearson+ account will be turned off. Your access will remain active until the end of your initial 4-month term. If you would like to continue your access after this date, you will need to purchase new access, for a 6-month term, through Pearson+.
What happens when my current 4-month access ends?
- Auto-renew won’t be an option, and your current access will end.
- You can purchase new access for a 6-month term through Pearson+.
What if my existing access has been active for 4 or more months?
Effective November 21, 2024, the auto-renew option in the My Account section of your Pearson+ account will be turned off. Your access will remain active until the end of your current monthly billing cycle. If you would like to continue your eTextbook or eTextbook with Study and Exam Prep access after this date, you will need to purchase new access, for a 6-month term, through Pearson+.
I don't know when my next billing date is. Where can I find this?
You can find the date of your next billing cycle by visiting the Subscriptions section of My Account.
