About the speakers

Terry Austin, Faculty Advisor, Pearson
Terry Austin is the Faculty Advisor for General Biology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Genetics. Professor Austin is from Texas and has been a professor at Temple College for almost 23 years. He served as the department chair for the biology department for over a decade of that time. Terry is obsessed with anything technological and loves implementing educational technology in his science classes. When Terry has free time, he's generally using his science skills to create some magic in the kitchen! When in need of a bit of stress relieve you might just see him out on the roads of the Texas Hill Country on his Classic Harley.

Bonnie Rosenblatt, Faculty Advisor, Pearson
Dr. Bonnie Rosenblatt is a cognitive psychologist who joined Pearson as a Faculty Advisor for Math in 2019. She has been a college educator for over 20 years and has been teaching math and statistics with MyLab since 2010. She continues to teach an asynchronous online statistics course at Reading Area Community College in Pennsylvania. Bonnie combines her expertise in human cognition with her expertise in MyLab to promote active learning, conceptual understanding, and retention in her classes
