Joel Caughran is a Senior Academic Professional teaching general chemistry at the University of Georgia. He earned his Bachelors (1991) and Masters (1994) at UGA. Joel spent 12 years as the IT Manager for the Department of Chemistry at UGA before switching to an instructional role 18 years ago. His interest and work has always focused on teaching and instructional technology.

Chris Hess is a seasoned Director of Product Management with a rich background in education technology and former Assistant Professor of Biological Sciences at Butler University.
