Dr. Bonnie L. Rosenblatt, Reading Area Community College and Pearson
"I'm not good at math" or "I'm not a math person." We've all heard these declarations from our struggling students. We can help them shift their mindset from this fixed view of themselves to a mindset where growth is possible. New to the ideas of growth mindset? I'll introduce you to it. MyLab® has videos and questions you can embed in their homework to help them understand that mistakes are a normal part of learning.
