Emily Lai
Emily Lai is Vice President of Impact Evaluation at Pearson, where she leads a team responsible for research examining the impact of Pearson products on learner outcomes. Previously, Emily served as Director of Formative Assessment and Feedback on the Learning Research & Design team at Pearson, leading a research agenda around assessment for learning and principles of effective feedback, particularly within digital environments. Emily holds a Ph.D. in educational measurement and statistics from the University of Iowa.
