Visual learning is critical to navigating and succeeding in the information age. Successful implementation of this in higher education involves more than adding images and videos to lecture presentations. In this webinar I will talk about practical ways to transform traditional text-based exams, assignments, and classroom activities into image rich experiences for students. The focus will be primarily on student-generated images, as recent research on the “Drawing Effect” highlights the advantages of using this strategy to enhance memory.
