- Theme feedback: Each term, the Student Ambassadors will need to respond to and give feedback on a set theme that we will provide. This will be accompanied by a briefing document that will include a range of questions for students to reflect on as part of their research.
Task: The Student Ambassadors will work with their peers from within their school to gather feedback in response to the theme and will then report their findings and insight back to Pearson School Qualifications colleagues in a PowerPoint presentation on a termly basis. Students can conduct their own surveys, set up focus groups, or initiate any other form of research gathering that they would like.
- Session attendance: During the academic school year for which the programme is running, Student Ambassadors will be asked to attend around three interactions (roughly one per term).
Task: Student Ambassadors will need to participate in/attend all these sessions with the Pearson team. These interactions can include feedback sessions, career development events, guest speaker events, ad-hoc product/service focus groups, etc.
- Optional surveys and focus groups: To ensure we are developing the best products and services to meet student needs; we would like to ask the Student Ambassadors to provide occasional feedback on new projects we are working on.
Task: Student Ambassadors can choose to get involved in providing feedback by participating in online surveys, Microsoft Teams meetings, and focus groups.
