We’re updating our invoices and statements
We’re always looking at how we can improve your experience with Pearson. We’ve listened to customer feedback about our documents and have made updates to our invoices, credit memos and statements.
These updates to invoices and credit memos come into effect from today, Monday 16 December, and updates to our statements will appear from January onwards. We’ve included details about what’s different along with some sample documents below.
Updated document formats
We’ve updated the following information on our invoices, credit memos and statements:
- Terms and conditions – a direct link to your terms and conditions is now displayed on the front page.
- Tax information – we’ve incorporated tax code information for international order shipping.
- Order number – this was previously called the ‘sales order number’.
- Commodity Totals – we’ve simplified the layout to focus on key information, such as Country of Dispatch.
