London, May 25, 2022- As the Great Resignation continues to disrupt the global economy, Pearson, the world's leading learning company, today released new public opinion research showing that people around the world want more prioritization of mental health and wellbeing in their workplace.

LONDON (12 May, 2022) - Onscreen assessment has the potential to deliver wide-ranging benefits for learners, teachers and the exam system as a whole – but will need to go beyond recreating the current system online and will need sector-wide practical and cultural change to be successful, says Pearson.

Following the announcement by the government in March 2022 concerning the National Tutoring scheme, the following changes will be put into place from September 2022:

Pearson is partnering with the specialist educational charity, Parallel Histories, to introduce a new way for young people to learn about Middle East history at GCSE level.

Pearson, the world’s leading learning company, in collaboration with UCL Institute of Education (IOE), today announced it has been awarded the Trends in International Maths and Science (TIMSS) 2023 contract by the Department for Education to operate as the National Centre for England.

Today (12 August 2021), more than 230,000 students receive results for their Level 2 BTEC qualifications, moving on to the next step in their education or career path.  More than 6 million people have completed a BTEC in the last ten years alone, and BTEC alumni have gone on to form a vital part of the UK and global workforce.
