You must own (or have the appropriate rights to use) anything you upload to the Services, and your posts and uploads to Pearson+ must not violate our Community Guidelines.

You agree that any breach of this AUP will allow Pearson to terminate your access or receipt of the Services.

You must not:

  • redistribute any materials available through the Services (except where permitted above);
  • share any questions or answers made available through the Services;
  • make the materials available in hard copy format, regardless of whether such use is related to the course for which the Services are provided;
  • make the materials available to those who are not authorised recipients;
  • use or scrape the materials for the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training any machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system;
  • cache or archive the materials;
  • do anything which could impact the security or integrity or availability of the Services, for example, introducing viruses or malware;
  • copy any part of the website or Services;
  • carry out a cyber attack;
  • try to gain or provide or facilitate unauthorised access to the Services;
  • post or upload any content which is offensive, harmful, illegal, defamatory, abusive or indecent;
  • do anything which infringes the intellectual property rights of Pearson or anybody else;
  • use the Services to advertise or transmit junk mail or SPAM.
