Our Wellbeing Unit is a great resource for you to dip into at any point during your studies. It’ll give you ideas and tools to help build self-awareness, resilience, adaptability and physical wellbeing.
The Unit offers around 2 hours of interactive content, including information, advice, tools and techniques that you can access as and when you need. Hear from both students and course leaders about their experiences and get access to action plans, reflective journals and checklists.
