Operations Management cogs

Network with Operations Management authors Nigel Slack and Alistair Brandon-Jones and fellow decision science lecturers in London for Pearson’s free annual OM teaching workshop on 25 April 2018.

This year’s workshop is focused on defining and delivering a 21st century operations management course. It will give you the opportunity to:

  • explore current themes and issues that you may be facing in teaching and learning
  • network with like-minded academics
  • understand how digital resources can contribute to the delivery of successful courses for your students

Join breakout sessions focusing on keeping up to date with the changing technology in OM, teaching with case studies and co-designing sessions with students. Contribute your ideas to improving delivery, and learn how to bring your classes to life and give students hands-on practice in a business setting using simulations. You’ll also have the opportunity to share your own best practice through a short talk or presentation.
