Researching BTEC Nationals in Health & Social Care
We assembled evidence from a range of sources to show to what extent the purpose of the BTEC Nationals in Health and Social Care has been met.
The above findings about progression into nursing degree programmes are based on an analysis of UCAS and HESA data from 2017.
The other findings presented above are based on BTEC Teacher and Learner Survey results from 2018 and 2019. 2,725 teachers and 4,637 learners responded to the survey in 2018; in 2019, 1,225 teachers and 2,228 learners responded.
