Eligibility:

To be eligible for this study, you must:

• Be a high school graduate of 2022 and intend to pursue university or college studies OR a university / college student going into first-year or second-year of studies in September 2022.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a computer or device with a webcam.
• Be fluent in English.
• Currently reside and study in Canada.
  

Location:

The entire 15-minute session will be online.
