Financial Literacy for Higher Ed Students

The workshop will focus on goals and decision making, planning for the future, banking, saving and the use of credit, budgeting to reach a goal, careers including entrepreneurship and the decision making around obtaining and paying for post-secondary education.
The workshop will include instructions on how to access and use CFEE and other resources easily and effectively as high school graduates deal with changes to education environments including learning at home, and the steps needed to prepare for post-secondary school and work-life realities in a changing world.

Mental Wellness: Breath-work & Journaling
