The workshop will include instructions on how to access and use CFEE and other resources easily and effectively as high school graduates deal with changes to education environments including learning at home, and the steps needed to prepare for post-secondary school and work-life realities in a changing world.
Mental Wellness: Breath-work & Journaling

This session will begin with introductions and insights into how journaling and breath work support mental health. Participants will engage in pre-journaling prompts, a guided session, and post-journaling reflections. The workshop concludes with a discussion on embedding these practices into daily life, emphasizing the time it takes to rewire and refocus for lasting benefits.
