Hi Ariana,
I believe you're referring to the multiplication of 5.68x10^6 with 141. When you put these two values in your calculator, you'll get 8.01x1^8.
If you'd like to calculate the power manually, you can write 141 as 1.41x10^2. Now, you'll multiply 5.68x10^6 by 1.41x10^2. When we multiply two number, their power are added. So you'll get 10^8. I hope it helps. Let us know if you have more questions.
